The user's consent given by submitting their data and CV on the KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. website to participate in active and future recruitment processes, for as long as they do not object to the processing of their data.

Website Users

Job Applicants and Candidates
Data will be kept for as long as the relevant recruitment process remains open. If the application is for future opportunities, data will be kept for a maximum of one year, after which the CV will be deleted and destroyed, unless the applicant expresses their wish to keep it on file and updates it.
4. Additional Information on Data Processing
Only users over 14 years of age may provide data through our website. Users under this age must have parental or legal guardian consent.
The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of all data communicated to KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. and shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.

This international transfer complies with the GDPR as it is based on an adequacy decision, the United States having been declared a country with an adequate level of protection by the European Commission (EU-USA Data Privacy Framework — Decision of 10 July 2023), and Google LLC being included in the Data Privacy Framework List.
For other international transfers, KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. will use the tools provided under Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR. By accepting this privacy policy, you accept that an international data transfer may take place in accordance with the safeguards indicated.
