For data processed on the basis of the performance of a contract or the adoption of pre-contractual measures, the retention period will be that during which the contractual relationship remains in force, as well as any subsequent period for which the data must be kept by legal obligation.

CUSTOMERS
Data processed on the basis of the customer's consent will be kept for as long as it remains relevant for the purpose for which it was collected and consent is not withdrawn.
For data processed on the basis of legitimate interest, the retention period will be that linked to the reason for collecting the data, always ensuring appropriate safeguards and respect for the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
Data processed on the basis of a contract, as well as where part of the processing is justified by a legal obligation, will be kept for the time during which the contractual relationship is in force. The retention period for the data once the relationship has ended, where the processing is linked to a legal obligation, will be that provided for, and the data subject may not withdraw the processing of the data except under the blocking provisions established by law.
JOB APPLICANTS AND CANDIDATES
Data processed on the basis of the consent of the job applicant and candidate will be kept for as long as the selection process for which they applied remains open. Where the application is not for a specific selection process but for future applications, the retention period for the curriculum vitae and the documentation provided will be a maximum of one year, at which point it will be deleted and destroyed, unless the data subject renews their consent to its retention. Basic identifying data (name and email address) will be kept for a maximum period of two years, for the sole purpose of identifying duplicate applications, without access to the rest of the information previously provided
SOCIAL NETWORK CONTACTS
The data processed of Social Network contacts will be kept for as long as the user and KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. maintain a connection on the social network. As it does not depend directly on KLAN ANIMACION, S.L., we may only consult or deregister your data on a restricted basis. We will process your data for as long as the social network user is connected to KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. as a 'friend', gives a 'like', 'follows' or uses similar buttons.
In order to rectify your data, or restrict information or the publications you share, KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. will not be responsible for making such rectifications; instead, they must be made by the Social Network user themselves through their profile settings, in accordance with the privacy policy of the Social Network itself.

DO INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS TAKE PLACE?
www.klan-e.com is hosted in Finland, a country located in the European Union, within the territory of the European Economic Area, or which complies with the guidelines established in Articles 46 and 47 of the GDPR. Therefore, the hosting of the data does not in itself entail international data transfers.
However, the use of certain third-party services, such as Google Analytics, may entail international data transfers to Google LLC (United States), carried out, where applicable, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by means of the safeguards provided for in Articles 46 et seq. of the GDPR.
International data transfers may also take place in connection with the above transfers/disclosures, for which KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. will use the tools provided in Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR as a safeguard for those transfers made to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

Likewise, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency) where they consider that KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. has infringed the rights granted to them by data protection legislation, at https://www.aepd.es.
IS MY DATA SECURE?
KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. has a contract in force with the Hosting company Hetzner Online GmbH for the hosting of its website. It is a European company and has the latest security measures systems.
In any event, KLAN ANIMACION, S.L. guarantees the adoption of the appropriate measures to ensure the confidential processing of your data, given its confidential nature, and undertakes that such data shall remain secret, treating it with the utmost discretion, and declares that it has implemented in its information system the security policies corresponding to the type of data handled in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
